My client identified the need to re-launch its rewards and points app to support the objective across digital to provide a world class experience.

The current product offers a poor user experience and perception of the brand. The aim was to broaden the current functional aspects of the new website in a simple and streamlined fashion for mobile, heightening engagement with the brand.
