FinTech | Seed Round | Raised $500k Dextron is a WealthTech platform that had an oversimplified deck, lacked detail and was too generic to garner investor interest. The founder feared getting in to detail that investors would struggle to understand & comprehend. I worked with the team to draw out the strong brand they had built and asked the founder to go in to real depth with the product. The result was that I had a complete overkill of information. I used that data to create a strong framework that included the information that investors needed in order to progress to the next stage of due diligence. Once we had those foundations, I used the complimentary information to build a story around the important data that brought the project to life. Once we had agreed that framework, I shared a first draft that the founder was absolutely delighted with. We worked on 2 revisions tweaking some of the wording around the feature set & problem to a place where they were absolutely delighted with the outcome. They went on to successfully raise investment and I hope to work with them again on their Series A round.
