The primary challenge lay in adapting Bizfluence's robust desktop platform for a mobile-centric audience. The existing desktop design was unsuitable for smaller screens, leading to a subpar user experience. Additionally, the platform needed to carve out a unique identity in a competitive market dominated by giants like LinkedIn. This necessitated a nuanced understanding of mobile users' expectations and behaviors. Our aim was to not merely shrink the desktop version, but to craft a distinct, intuitive mobile UX that resonated with the modern, mobile-first professional.
