The Challenge: The City of Seattle needed to reposition its downtown as a vibrant, evolving hub in a post-pandemic world—translating complex economic and urban development data into something compelling for both the public and key stakeholders.
The Outcome: The refreshed brand and website successfully reintroduced Downtown Seattle as a place of growth, belonging, and opportunity. The system was met with strong enthusiasm from public and private stakeholders and continues to serve as a foundational storytelling tool for the city.
