Helped support LoyaltyOne in the launch of the new airmiles.ca. Developed a component library with storybook, composed of stateless react components. Integrated those components into Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS.
Recognizing a bottleneck, I empowered the team by learning key AEM features and sharing that knowledge. This reduced our reliance on an overworked offshore team for basic integrations, freeing them to tackle complex issues, while also greatly increasing our teams velocity and overall consulting spend. I also reduced the complexity of the app by encouraging constructing components at molecular and atomic to increase composability/reusability.

I streamlined integration with of a react project with AEM, by teaching the team to use the tool rather than relying on an overworked external team
