I led a team of fully remote developers across various time zones to successfully deliver projects on time and with exceptional quality. Collaborating closely with product managers, we planned and developed key features for a long-term engagement. I played a crucial role in modernizing our project delivery by transitioning from a waterfall model to an agile approach, implementing this change both at the process level and through CI/CD enhancements using Jira and GitLab pipelines. To enhance our testing capabilities and reduce reliance on manual testing, I introduced Jest as our testing framework. Additionally, I modernized our codebase by upgrading all packages to the latest versions and resolving build and pipeline issues.
