Led a team of developers to create the PayPower prepaid credit card mobile app using react-native. Worked with the PayPower backend, business, and management team to create a mobile app and integrate it with their existing backend. Was responsible for managing the team, planning & architecting the project, as well as development. Managed the release of the app on the google play store and the app store using app center. Updated work processes to make the development process agile, and designed a process to distribute and test the app using the bitbar device farm to ensure the app worked well across multiple devices on operating systems. Integrated codepush to speed up the distribution and deployment cycle as well as ensuring users always have the latest major version of the app.
