Accelerate with Djembe started from scratch: there was no dedicated website or digital ecosystem to present the programme, attract candidates and explain its value. The challenge was to create a brand and experience clear and compelling enough to generate quality applications from scale‑ups and entrepreneurs across the MEA region.

The response was the end‑to‑end creation of the initiative: strategy, positioning and messaging development, creative direction, marketing, content and email, as well as the website development, which I personally built. I also supported the set‑up of the communication tools needed to promote the programme and structure the experience from start to finish.

The programme attracted a strong number of applicants and helped build a clearer understanding of Accelerate with Djembe’s value. The journey led to the selection of 10 scale-ups and the recognition of 4 winners, confirming the initiative’s ability to generate qualified applications and create meaningful impact for the entrepreneurs supported.
