Success messages help provide feedback to users, so they know that their action was completed successfully.
My role in improving this success message was to make the message more concise since the original message was very long and not as clear.
I provided several versions for the product manager and team to choose which worked best.
One of the main teams I collaborated with at Experian was for the CrossCore product. CrossCore is a digital identity and fraud platform.

While working with Experian, I didn’t get many visuals to share since it’s a very sensitive product in the identity and fraud industry so I’ll share a few words from one of the product managers I worked with.
