Kajabi Migration and Website Redesign

I first began working with Christof and The Neo-Shamanic Society to help them get more value from their Kajabi account and streamline the technology behind their business.

What started as consultancy quickly evolved into a large-scale digital transformation project. The goal was to simplify their technology stack, reduce costs, improve automation and create a more seamless experience for both the team and their customers.

One of the first major projects was migrating multiple systems into Kajabi. This included moving content and functionality from WordPress websites, consolidating marketing tools and simplifying the customer journey.

The objective was to reduce reliance on multiple disconnected platforms and create a single, centralised system that was easier to manage and automate.

As part of this process, I also managed the migration to a new domain, handling DNS configuration and email routing to ensure there was no downtime or disruption for customers.

Following the migration, we completely redesigned the website.

The existing site had grown organically over time and navigation had become complicated. The aim was to create a cleaner, more premium experience that better reflected Christof's brand and made it easier for visitors to discover programmes, retreats and services.

I designed the new website in Figma before building the approved designs within Kajabi, ensuring the final result matched the vision while remaining easy for the team to manage internally.

The Neo-Shamanic Society offers a range of complex programmes, memberships and international retreats, requiring sophisticated automation behind the scenes.

Using Zapier, I developed a series of automations connecting Kajabi with ClickUp, Google Drive, WeTravel and other business systems.

These automations include:

Customer onboarding workflows

Programme access management

Retreat registration processing

Automated task creation and updates in ClickUp

Customer segmentation within Kajabi

Google Drive folder creation and sharing

Status updates based on customer activity and purchases

Internal team notifications and workflow management

These systems significantly reduced manual administration while creating a smoother experience for both customers and staff.

Today I continue to work closely with The Neo-Shamanic Society as an ongoing technical partner.

I oversee and maintain their automation ecosystem, support their Kajabi platform, implement new ideas and help bring complex business processes to life through technology.

Our relationship has evolved from a one-off Kajabi project into a long-term partnership focused on continuous improvement, automation and scalable growth.
