2015 - Human Resource Information System - Kalbis Institute

While working at the university, I'm not only working on published projects that are consumed by students, but I also work on several internal projects. The central project is the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) 👩🏻‍🏫. These systems help carry out daily activities for both lecturers and internal employees.

This system contains all employee information, including attendance, leave approval, benefit approval, employee information, and resource management. It's a very powerful and highly reliable system runs by the company 💪.

We build all systems in-house, not using vendors or third parties 🙅🏻‍♀️. Making in-house applications saves costs, maintains confidentiality, and fulfills the needs of stakeholders.
