EDC Beam is a part of Lagos Business School that offers business courses to entrepreneurs in the country. However, there's an untapped market - uneducated businessmen dealing with heavy returns.
While the content is great for them, it is recorded in pristine English, which would be hard for businessmen in these target groups to understand. We were contracted to transcribe the pre-recorded content from English to pidgin English - a local language that's commonly spoken and easily understood by people in this TA.
The feedback was interesting - an increase in signups and engagement in the TA group.
