Jelena Lazić Tattoo: portfolio and referral app

Jelena is a tattoo artist in Belgrade. Most of her new clients come from word of mouth, so the site had to do two jobs: show the work, and make recommending her easy and worth it.

A gallery-first portfolio in Serbian and English that lets the tattoos carry the page, with a booking inquiry flow and a small store. Fully bilingual, down to the emails.

The part that makes this project different. Jelena gives a client a personal code, and the client shares their own link or QR code with friends.

The friend gets 10% off their tattoo, straight away.

Every inquiry that comes through the link is tracked.

Once the tattoo is done, the referrer earns credit worth 10% of its price, valid for three years towards their next session. Credits add up: more referrals, bigger discount.

Each referrer has a private page, reachable only through a secret link in their email, with their balance, their QR code and the status of everyone they sent.

Jelena manages everything from a mobile-first admin panel: pending referrals in one tab, clients and balances in the other. Codes, referrers and credits live in Supabase, QR codes are generated on the fly, and every email (welcome with the personal link, confirmation when a tattoo is done) goes out automatically through Resend. A monthly job reminds anyone whose credit expires within two months, so nothing quietly runs out while Jelena is tattooing.
