Migrations at this scale are where most builds break. Jennifer's business lived across two platforms, with 190+ pages, 80+ courses, a huge library of on-demand content, active email automations, and tens of thousands of paying students mid-journey. Everything had to move to Kajabi — rebuilt to a higher standard — while keeping student access, purchases, and logins seamless. There was zero margin for broken links, lost content, or locked-out members. On top of the technical lift, the new platform had to feel like a serene, premium extension of Jennifer's brand, not a generic template.
