The objective of this project was to design a modern email management dashboard that not only organizes inboxes but also integrates AI-driven segmentation and CRM features to improve productivity and customer engagement.
I began by identifying the key pain points: cluttered inboxes, inefficient sorting, and difficulty managing client relationships. With this in mind, the design process focused on creating a solution that merges traditional email management with intelligent automation.
The dashboard design highlights a clean, intuitive interface where users can easily navigate between inbox, segments, and CRM insights. AI algorithms power automatic categorization separating emails by priority, client type, or campaign relevance saving time and reducing information overload.
To complement this, I integrated a CRM layer, allowing users to view customer profiles, track communication history, and manage relationships directly within the dashboard. This creates a unified experience where email and CRM work seamlessly together.
The system also features analytics and reporting tools, enabling users to see engagement levels, segment performance, and interaction history at a glance. Progress trackers and filters were included to provide clarity and control, while maintaining an elegant, modern design language.
The outcome was a powerful smart email management dashboard that streamlines communication, improves workflow efficiency, and strengthens customer relationships. By combining AI-powered segmentation with CRM integration, the design transforms a standard inbox into a productivity hub.
