During my high school years, many of my classmates and I struggled with selecting a major due to a lack of self-evaluation and career guidance. This personal experience motivated me to research to understand the decision-making processes when it came to selecting a career path. By analyzing the research data, I identified common challenges that high school students faced during the career selection process.
