Solution:
Website Optimization:
Since the website was the main source of lead generation, I focused on improving its usability. I added a pop-up with a special offer for visitors attempting to leave the page and installed a callback widget, which proved particularly effective during non-working hours when staff were unavailable to answer calls.
Google Ads Campaign:
I set up and optimized contextual advertising on Google Ads. In addition to search ads, I implemented retargeting campaigns aimed at users who didn’t submit an inquiry, as well as those who had previously booked, offering them the chance to organize another event.
Keyword Optimization:
I removed low-performing keywords and increased the bid for high-converting ones, driving more relevant traffic and boosting lead submissions.
Google Maps Business Cards:
As a local business, I ensured strong visibility by enhancing the company’s Google Maps profile with updated design, relevant information, and professional photos. I also set up call tracking to monitor the effectiveness of incoming inquiries.
Social Media Engagement:
I revamped the company’s social media presence by optimizing profiles, adding essential information, and posting daily content to increase reach and engagement. I also launched Facebook Ads, which contributed significantly to overall results.
Outcome:
Through a combination of site optimization, targeted advertising, and social media strategy, I successfully doubled the company's sales in just three months.
