Mobile-First Inventory & Spatial Mapping A cross-platform mobile application designed to digitize the logistics of local retail (sari-sari stores). This required architecting a system capable of real-time inventory synchronization and visual shelf-mapping across multiple concurrent users (owners and staff).

Engineered with Flutter for native mobile performance and backed by a robust ASP.NET Core API, the application seamlessly handles complex relational state, role-based access control via Auth0, and live data sharing without degrading the user experience on lower-end hardware.
