Typetalk is a SaaS collaboration platform that streamlines team communication by organizing conversations into customizable topic-based channels, reducing noise and helping teams stay focused and productive.

I led the end-to-end UX/UI design of Typetalk, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and UX researchers across Japan, Singapore, and New York. I conducted user research, designed new features, created user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces, and helped evolve the product's design system. I also partnered with the marketing team on the website experience, information architecture, and creative direction.
