Adapting to new tourist travel patterns

During the covid-19 pandemic, we worked with Visit Sweden to re-position them and adapt to the new reality of targeting Swedes in their work.
One of the things we did was to develop a new platform where tourist destinations, and tourists could meet and enable more people to discover the possibilities of vacations in Sweden. This was an agile project with a cross-functional team spread out across Europe.
