One of my successes that I'm most proud of. An enterprise customer with north of 1 million USD in ARR looking to build out integration with their proprietary software. Not only did most of their needs not exist in our product features but weren't available in the Public APIs, I worked with them to make a plan of delivery, then worked with Product to get phase 1 prioritized and built to win over this deal. Phase 2, was much more difficult as they were on tight trial and needed to get multiple things done in product and proof of concept before they sign a long-term contract. Even though we weren't able to deliver, we had won their confidence and they provided the feedback that, I am one of the biggest reasons for them signing with us since I was able to get their team what they need timely; furthermore, they felt that we were able to listen and take actionable items out of the conversations. So, even though we didn't get them everything they needed, we were moving in the right direction and keeping them updated. Also, since I have almost 6 years of experience within the company in many roles, I was able to act as their Account Manager, Onboarding Manager, Implementation, Product Owner, and Support. Me wearing so many hats successfully won them confidence and I am proud of representing the company in such a good light.
