A client came to me needing a registration page for a live training. After one conversation, it was clear a single page wouldn't solve the actual problem — which wasn't getting registrations. It was making the workshop worth running more than once.
So instead of a page, we built a complete live training funnel on Kajabi.

What Was Built

Registration page Conversion-focused layout built to reduce hesitation and make signing up the obvious next step. Flows directly into a confirmation page rather than dropping registrants into silence.
Confirmation page and attendance system Most webinar setups stop at registration. This one didn't. A structured confirmation page, add-to-calendar button, and pre-event reminder sequence were built specifically to close the gap between sign-up and show-up.
Training delivery inside Kajabi A product was created inside Kajabi to host the replay immediately after the live session — no manual work, no delays, no scrambling after the event ends.
Workshop sales page The recording became a standalone offer with its own dedicated sales page. The workshop stopped being tied to a single date and started generating revenue on its own schedule.

The Shift

A live event is effort with an expiry date. A funnel with a replay is a digital asset.
This client now has a workshop that runs once but sells indefinitely — with a system that handles attendance, delivery, and post-event sales without starting from scratch each time.
