Konnect is a mobile app designed to provide seamless access to internet services for users on the go. The client, an Internet Service Provider (ISP), wanted an app that would allow customers to manage their accounts, monitor usage, pay bills, and request support all from their mobile devices.

We led the entire process, from user experience (UX) design to mobile app development. The goal was to create an app that’s not only easy to navigate but also efficient, empowering users to manage their ISP services effortlessly.

To meet these objectives, we focused on:

User-Centered Design: We started with user research to understand the needs and pain points of the target audience. From there, we crafted a clean, intuitive interface that’s easy to navigate and meets user expectations.

Real-Time Data: The app provides real-time data on users' internet usage and billing status, enabling them to keep track of their consumption, view bills, and make payments directly through the app.

Support Integration: To ensure users can get help when they need it, we integrated an in-app support system, allowing them to raise tickets and get timely assistance from the support team.

Performance Optimization: We made sure the app runs smoothly on both Android and iOS, ensuring a fast, responsive experience even with large data loads.

User Tracker: Allow users to view their data usage and monitor it in real-time.

Bill Management: Users can view their current bills, payment history, and make payment through secure gateways.

Customer Support: A built-in support system for quick resolutions of issues, including live chat and ticket submissions.

Push Notifications: To keep users informed of important updates regarding their accounts, usage, and promotions.
