As a fractional CMO for a B2B open banking client, I was brought in to revamp their proposition and brand and put a plan together to increase their online presence.
I began with interviewing several existing customers to really understand what sets the compant apart from others. This really helped when putting together the proposition and a bank of content referring to how the company talks about itself.
Once we were happy with the offer and language, the brand underwent a glow-up in the form of a new logo, branding elements and color-palette.
After launch, page interactions increased by 30% and website leads increased by 50%.
