Open banking proposition development and rebrand

As a fractional CMO for a B2B open banking client, I was brought in to revamp their proposition and brand and put a plan together to increase their online presence.
I began with interviewing several existing customers to really understand what sets the company apart from others. This really helped when putting together the proposition and a bank of content referring to how the company talks about itself.
Once we were happy with the offer and language, the brand underwent a glow-up in the form of a new logo, branding elements and colour-palette.
After that, I devised ABM campaigns targeted to particular ICPs with content that would resonate. Activities with the sales team were coordinated so that we could reach the right prospects with timely content.

Increased revenue by 150% in 1 year
Increased inbound leads by 200% in 1 year
Improved website visits and bounce rate for Payments division
