Increasing content engagement and leads for a software consultancy
I was approached by a multi-national software consultancy which provides outsources development teams and virtual CTOs.
They had recruited a new remote marketing team to handle content and were having initial problems with consistency and engagement.
I carried out a full digital marketing audit to identify the areas for improvement. I then worked with the team to put in processes for producing content. This included mapping out personas, focusing on monthly themes, and putting emphasis on producing value rather than making every post a 'sell'.
Follwing implementation, social engagement increased considerably. Newsletter signups were 10% up and there were more leds coming through the website.
