As a Product Manager for Triyum, a cutting-edge food delivery application, I led the project from conceptualization to launch. This innovative app connects customers with a wide range of local restaurants, offering a seamless and efficient food ordering and delivery experience. My primary responsibilities included product strategy development, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team leadership.

Importing the menu from existing POS systems for restaurants

Stripe integration to manage payments, managing escrow for restaurants and driver payouts
KEAP CRM to manage driver and restaurant subscriptions

Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy and Roadmap
- Defined the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and market needs.
- Prioritized features and functionalities based on user feedback, market trends, and business value.
- Developed a detailed project plan with clear milestones and deliverables.
2. Stakeholder Management
- Engaged with internal stakeholders, including executives, marketing, sales, and customer support teams, to ensure alignment and buy-in.
- Conducted regular updates and presentations to keep stakeholders informed about project progress and key decisions.
- Collaborated with external partners, such as restaurant owners and delivery service providers, to enhance app offerings.
3. Cross-functional Team Leadership
- Led a multidisciplinary team of designers, developers, and quality assurance testers to deliver a high-quality product.
- Facilitated agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to ensure effective team collaboration.
- Managed the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features and bug fixes.
