Rebranding Campaign for a Healthcare company

The idea was to transform Inova into more of a company that champions DEI and leadership to build up the company culture from within. After a few rounds of concept brainstorming, “Let’s keep building together” was born.
Objective
Building on the inclusion narrative, this campaign should support team members to feel encouraged to participate. It should feel applicable to everyone, regardless of their role at Inova.
North Star
It must stand out, reach all teams and signal our commitment to DEI while still connecting to a larger Inova brand
