AI-Solution for UK EdTech

Project Summary We built an AI-driven career matching engine that helps users discover careers aligned with their personality, motivations, and work preferences.

The Challenge The platform could collect questionnaire responses about personality and behavioral traits but lacked the intelligence layer needed to convert this data into meaningful career recommendations. There was no scoring model, matching algorithm, or system to explain why a career was a good fit.

The Solution We designed a structured scoring framework that converts user responses into candidate profiles across domains such as personality, motivators, and work preferences. The system compares these profiles with career models to calculate alignment scores.

An AI layer translates these results into clear insights, explaining why a career matches a candidate’s profile and highlighting strengths or potential challenges. We also implemented a human-in-the-loop feedback process to refine and improve AI-generated explanations.

The Outcome The platform now delivers structured and explainable career recommendations, helping users better understand their strengths and make more informed career decisions.
