Grammy awards - 5 year digital strategy

Project goal was a 5 year digital strategy. I met with key members of the executive team, the technology team and the vendor who was responsible for engineering. I reviewed their current toolset and some of the challenges and opportunities based on their current software stack. Researched the available software platforms on the market, did demos with vendor, negotiated pricing and packages and brought back a presentation and full report to the executive and board. The recommendations I put forward were accepted and I was invited to stay on and help implement the project.
