Smart Access PMO

Smart Access was a growing startup with new funding and a dozen staff with some key new hires. I was brought it to setup a Project Management Office and level up their internal processes and the maturity of how they communicated with clients. They had recently scored some new Enterprise customers and needed to mature and professionalize some of their process so they could be in a position to scale and take on more customers. I worked with their team to implement new process, train them in the new methodology and then moved on. They have continued to secure funding rounds and new customers.
