Fox Sports Product Management and Agile Transformation

Fox Sports needed to transform its digital video workflow from an on-premise to a cloud native system, fully running on AWS. I was on the discovery team to identify the project scope, and was invited back to the project to lead as a Product Owner and help implement Scaled Agile Framework.
