During the height of the pandemic, I took an online newsroom course. My class, upon previous classes, worked through WordPress to publish content onto our blog. We learned SEO techniques and tagged our posts to increase our engagement. I specialized in writing for health and beauty topics.

I am a huge supporter of therapy, and was excited to see that such an app exists. I tested it out, and recorded my experience with it through this article.
