OPHIE | Packaging Design and Visual Identity

Ophie is a line of lip oils formulated with micro-encapsulated hydration technology. The brand is built around the idea that everyday beauty can feel effortless, nourishing and intelligently designed. The brand embodies a new kind of minimal luxury, one that values clean formulations, subtle luminosity and science-driven performance without compromising aesthetic simplicity.

Designed for the clean girl who wants an everyday glow and a nourishing finish, Ophie embodies beauty with forward-thinking skincare, aiming to enhances natural beauty rather than transforming it. Ophie stands for clarity, light and subtle sophistication, offering a fresh perspective on what everyday lip care can look and feel like.

I wanted the packaging design and visual identity to blend minimal elegance and futuristic precision, reflecting the advanced science behind the formula. To achieve this, I focused on creating a visual system that felt clean, refined and subtly high-tech, a balance that mirrors Ophie’s positioning as both a beauty product and a skincare innovation.

The bottle design explores fluidity and transparency, emphasizing the micro-encapsulated particles suspended in the formula. This visual texture became a central element in the concept: the transparency of the glass and the reflective surfaces work together to highlight the product’s formula while maintaining a sense of luxury.

For the outer packaging, I opted for a cool metallic tone paired with bold, vibrant colors giving each variant its own personality while cohesively unifying the line. The vertical logotype blends the letters together in a composition that ads a sense of modernity and structural rigor, complementing the sleek geometry of the bottles.

Across all components - packaging, color palette and typography - the identity aims to communicate purity, innovation and a contemporary feminine edge. The result is a brand world that feels elevated and forward-looking, aligning with Ophie’s promise of intuitive, everyday beauty powered by advanced skincare science.
