Bretford is a next-generation HR and talent acquisition platform built for modern recruitment teams. It redefines hiring workflows by combining smart calendar scheduling, live transcript processing, and custom email sequences into a single, clean interface. Built on an automation-first foundation, Bretford lets recruitment teams track applicant pipelines, customize outreach templates, and review interview recordings without jumping between disconnected tools—a complete workspace where recruitment intelligence meets daily operational ease.

Modern hiring teams are stuck using fragmented software: calendar apps for scheduling, separate notes apps for interview feedback, spreadsheet-heavy candidate databases, and standalone email tools. This setup causes constant context switching and delayed communication. Bretford needed a unified interface that brings the entire recruitment lifecycle into one place. The goal was to design a clean, responsive web application that makes talent management clear, fast, and easy to navigate across all screen sizes.

Instant Clarity: A clean, organized sidebar and card layout that displays interviews, candidate pipelines, and automated email sequences at a glance.

Actionable Depth: Deep functionality—like live transcript notes, customizable email templates, and candidate filter matrices—without cluttering the user interface.

Human Touch: Soft, nature-inspired visual themes (gentle greens, blues, and warm yellow hardware) that make formal HR tasks feel calm, modern, and human.

Dashboard & Architecture: We organized the core navigation into intuitive sections (Dashboard, Sourcing, Library, Emails, Sequences, Interviews) with custom candidate collections (Software Engineers, Product Designers, UI Designers). The UI uses a flexible layout that transitions smoothly from full desktop displays down to compact tablet screens with Apple Pencil support.

Visual System: Balanced, high-readability typography paired with light, clean surfaces and subtle rounded containers. To make software feel warm and approachable, we set the interface against vibrant natural backdrops and custom hardware colors—bringing fresh energy to enterprise HR tools.
