Mountrel is a UK based OEM supplying high utility components and services for telecoms, power and utilities infrastructure. They design, manufacture and deliver components such as HDPE microducts, connectors and cleaning sponges as part of turnkey fibre optic deployments. Their previous site was cluttered, outdated and didn’t convey the full scope of services. I redesigned and rebuilt the site in Framer to clearly communicate their three pillars: Product Design & Engineering, Direct Manufacturing and Project Aligned Fulfilment, while showcasing their product catalogue and industrial expertise.

• The old site buried key services and products, making it hard for customers to grasp Mountrel’s unique offering • No clear differentiation between design services, direct manufacturing and spec led logistics • Product details like microducts, connectors and accessories were missing or hidden • Weak mobile experience and dated visual design

• Restructured the sitemap and navigation around Mountrel’s three service pillars and a clear product catalogue. • Designed modern layouts with strong hierarchy, brand-aligned visuals, and consistent calls to action. • Developed concise copy across the site to clarify OEM expertise, explain differentiators, and present the full range of services and products. • Built the entire site in Framer with reusable components, responsive breakpoints, and smooth animations to create a polished, modern experience. • Added micro-interactions and scroll-based reveals to highlight products, partner logos, and CTAs, making navigation feel engaging and intuitive. • Ensured accessibility and mobile readiness with clear contrast, smooth navigation, and flexible layouts that support future content growth.

The new site positions Mountrel as a forward thinking OEM partner. Service pages now clearly explain how Mountrel designs products around customers’ specifications rather than generic off the shelf parts. Product pages present benefits and technical information in a clear, accessible way. Navigation is intuitive, and the responsive build makes the site seamless across devices. The improved clarity and trust have already led to more targeted enquiries from telecom operators and infrastructure contractors.
