BPO Homes is a real estate platform for brokers, agents, and customers to manage listings, transactions, and property data. Their previous platform was inconsistent, with an outdated website, cluttered dashboards, and unclear role separation. I redesigned the full product interface in Figma, covering both the website and dashboards, to deliver a modern, intuitive, and scalable experience for all user groups.
