The UX/UI design process for "Oh My People" began with comprehensive research to understand employee stress needs. Insights were gathered through surveys, interviews, and psychological data analysis. Based on this research, the team developed wireframes and high-fidelity mockups to visualize the website's interface, emphasizing user-friendly navigation and engaging visuals.
During the development phase, these designs were implemented into a fully functional website using suitable web technologies. Post-launch, continuous monitoring and iterative improvements were made to enhance the website's effectiveness and user experience based on feedback.
