Social media strategy developed for PHLEARN, an online educational platform with an overall audience of almost 3M followers. The strategy was created following Market Trends for 2021, and taking into account the company's main goal: building a more direct and human connection with the community. The plan doubled post rate, growing PHLEARN's audience on FB by 35% from 2020 to 2021; and generated collaborations with over 40 key influencers in the first 12 months, bringing over $25K in additional revenue.
Some of the Community Management tasks included:

♦ Managing and engaging communities across all platforms in 5 languages.
♦ Establishing collaborations with key influencers.
