Perseverance in Copywriting

I felt like throwing my computer out of the window 4 times this week.
I know you have felt the same way in the past.
Blue Screens of Death right as I’m about to save 3 hrs of work…
Happens to be my biggest trigger.
No matter how many times I have my laptop dangling over a balcony,
I never actually throw it.
The reason? Because I won’t let that laptop beat me.
Well, that and computers are damn expensive.
But that restraint needed to keep your computer,
And the discipline to continue using that stupid machine,
Is NO different than what is needed to win with copywriting.
Everytime you want to throw away copywriting due to:
Not being able to get clients
Not getting any better
Not making any money
You stop, take a deep breath,
You think about the money you’re about to lose…
And you think about how you just need one more big push,
To see the fruits of your labor in the world of copy.
So spare your PC, your turn in the sun is coming.
