Wine Diplomacy – Web Design, Logo & Build

Wine Diplomacy is a premium wine bar designed as an intimate place for wine, conversation, and discovery, offering a curated selection of wines, contemporary cocktails, and refined non-alcoholic alternatives. The project was coordinated by architect Adrian Cancer, who also designed the interior, and I was brought in to design and build the website and logo in close relation to the space he envisioned.

The website takes its cues from the interior design and the material palette of the bar – rather than treating the website as a separate layer, the goal was to extend the atmosphere of the physical space into a digital experience.

The visual system is anchored by a grid inspired by the custom wooden wine racks designed for the interior. This structure gives the site a sense of rhythm and order, while subtle interactions and organic motion introduce a softer, more fluid quality — subtly referencing the slow movement of wine in a glass.

The result is a custom website that presents Wine Diplomacy's concept and atmosphere while staying closely aligned with the character of the space.
