SwarmOne.ai simplifies how teams train, evaluate, and deploy AI models — automating complex infrastructure with precision. Our goal was to create a website that looks sharp, feels fast, and communicates innovation through design, motion, and structure. SwarmOne’s product is deeply technical, but its story needed clarity and approachability. The old web presence lacked rhythm, polish, and visual hierarchy.

We set out to:

Simplify complex technical concepts into clear storytelling

Build a modern, minimal UI that conveys trust and capability

Add meaningful motion to emphasize flow and system intelligence

Ensure top-tier performance and responsiveness across devices

I led the design and Framer implementation, covering:

Stakeholder discovery and content planning

Low-fidelity wireframes for layout and flow

High-fidelity UI system design focused on clean geometry and visual contrast

Framer development with interactive motion and scroll animations

1. Discovery & Wireframes Collaborated with the SwarmOne team to identify key narratives — automation, scalability, and simplicity. Developed low-fidelity wireframes to map structure and user flow.

2. Visual Design Crafted a minimal, futuristic design that mirrors SwarmOne’s AI ethos — clear typography, structured grids, and balanced spacing. UI emphasized legibility and focus, with bright highlights against soft neutrals.

3. Framer Build & Animations Developed responsive layouts in Framer and brought the design to life with motion design principles:

Scroll-triggered transitions and subtle parallax

Animated iconography and data visuals

Micro-interactions for buttons and hover states

Smooth section reveals to reinforce flow and precision
