I know people don’t like to read long case studies, so I’m adding my work first below. But if you’d still like to read the full case study, you’ll find it after the project images. The project lasted around 2 months and is now live at 👉🏻 https://nativeforeign.co/

Project Overview 🌐

Native Foreign is an Emmy-recognized creative studio blending storytelling, technology, and design. Our goal was to craft a website that feels premium, emotionally resonant, and SEO-ready — one that showcases their projects with clarity and cinematic polish.
Deliverables: Design, Framer build, on-page SEO Timeline: 2 Months Platform: Framer

The Challenge

Native Foreign’s previous site didn’t reflect their new direction — a creative agency operating at the intersection of film, design, and AI.
We needed to:
Translate their narrative strength into a structured, editorial-style experience
Create a scalable system for new projects and press features
Balance motion and simplicity without clutter
Build a SEO-optimized, high-performance website in Framer

My Role

I led the end-to-end process:
Conducted stakeholder sessions to define positioning, goals, and audience perception
Created low-fidelity wireframes for structure and flow
Designed high-fidelity layouts that combine cinematic imagery with editorial minimalism
Developed the entire site in Framer, integrating animations and CMS flexibility
Implemented on-page SEO — optimized metadata, semantic tags, alt text, and performance improvements

Process

1. Discovery & Alignment Stakeholder workshops helped shape the tone: cinematic yet understated, human yet tech-forward.
2. Wireframes Defined content hierarchy and flow for Home, Work, About, and Contact — ensuring a seamless narrative across pages.
3. Visual Design Adopted a clean, editorial layout with ample white space, large typography, and high-impact imagery. The design evokes storytelling through composition and pacing rather than color intensity.
4. Framer Build & SEO Developed responsive pages in Framer with smooth scrolling, dynamic case modules, and subtle motion. Optimized metadata, headings, and asset compression for strong on-page SEO performance.
