Drift Guard — AI Operational Integrity and Resilience System

I designed and built Drift Guard, an operational integrity system for monitoring complex AI and software environments for configuration drift, behavioural changes, degraded services and unexpected operating conditions.

The system supports structured verification, operational checks, evidence capture and controlled response workflows, helping teams identify when a deployed environment has moved away from its approved state.

I led the architecture, workflow design, development, validation, testing and final packaging of the system.
