SYNAPZ Shield — Governed Situational Awareness Platform

I designed and built SYNAPZ Shield, a secure browser-based situational-awareness platform for monitoring, assessing and coordinating complex operational events.

The system combines interactive mapping, real-time event tracking, threat and incident workflows, role-based access control, evidence provenance, integrity-checked audit records and controlled after-action reporting.

I led the product concept, system architecture, frontend, backend, database design, security controls, testing and deployment.
