Comprehensive User Documentation for Melimu LMS: Simplifying Web App Navigation and Utilization

In this undertaking, I led the development and implementation of comprehensive user documentation for Melimu, the Learning Management System (LMS) at Kenya School for Integrated Medicine (KSIM). The primary objective was to provide faculty and students with an extensive guide that facilitates a seamless and efficient user experience within the e-learning environment.

Project Highlights:

• In-Depth Instructional Material: Produced an extensive user guide comprising step-by-step instructions, video tutorials, and illustrative resources, enabling users to navigate and leverage the Melimu platform effectively.
• Best Practices and Strategies: Integrated a range of best practices and strategies within the documentation to optimize user engagement, encourage active participation, and foster an interactive learning environment for students and educators.
• Accessibility and Clarity: Ensured that the user documentation was accessible and comprehensible for users of varying technical proficiencies, emphasizing clarity and simplicity to facilitate a smooth learning curve for all stakeholders.
• Continuous Updates and Revisions: Implemented a systematic approach for continuous updates and revisions of the user documentation, accommodating platform enhancements and evolving user needs to guarantee ongoing relevance and usability.
