I developed Drop, a mobile package delivery app built with FlutterFlow and Firebase. The platform connects clients who need to send a package with nearby drivers who can accept and complete deliveries.

The app allows users to request deliveries from point A to point B, while drivers can browse and accept available deliveries from the same application. Both clients and drivers can track the delivery in real time on a map.

Request a delivery with pickup and drop-off locations

One app for both clients and drivers

Drivers can accept, start, and complete delivery jobs

Real-time delivery tracking using Google Maps

Delivery status updates throughout the process (requested, accepted, in progress, completed)

🛠 On the backend, I used Firebase Firestore for real-time data synchronization and Cloud Functions to manage delivery updates and business logic, ensuring smooth communication between clients and drivers.

The app focuses on fast, simple last-mile delivery, providing a clean mobile experience for both senders and drivers.
