Social media content from companies or brands can often feel like ad content. Working for a healthcare tech company, however, allowed me to not only increase brand awareness and drive membership, but to also engage with and create content for educational, topical, and intersectional matters. We worked cross-functionally with clinical directors, regional operations, and other teams to tap into what we could provide as a service and what values we stood for in an industry centered around helping people.
