While working on CLM at ZEE5, I learnt about the customer lifecycle
management process. As a part of this process, I had to write push
notifications, SMS and email copies for the subscribers.
Contributions
Subscriber Onboarding Brief - The requirements for the subscriber
onboarding brief were to inform the subscribers about the new launches on the
platform and create awareness about the existing content. These were two
separate briefs targeted towards one activity. The aim was to ensure that the
new subscribers would find it easy to navigate through the platform and enjoy
their experience.
