Moreover, I took the lead in researching and assessing the performance of a chatbot, meticulously gathering and evaluating customer feedback. To augment the chatbot's capacity for delivering pertinent solutions through machine learning, I designed and rigorously tested a proof of concept. Additionally, I proposed an implementation strategy that significantly reduced redundant service requests within Jira. Continual evaluation and performance monitoring of the chatbot, along with post-implementation user satisfaction checks, were integral components to sustain the quality and effectiveness of the solution.
