I led a 12-week project, working closely with a Product Owner to address challenges in the pet care industry. Pet owners often struggled to find reliable sitters who offered personalized services. Traditional methods lacked customization, transparency, and efficiency, leading to concerns about pet welfare.

Research & Analysis: We began by researching competitors and identified gaps in existing pet-sitter apps. Most lacked customization, additional services, and convenient booking systems.

User Insights: User interviews provided crucial insights. We discovered user preferences, pain points, and trust factors that informed our design.

Gap Analysis: We saw an opportunity to create a better solution. We aimed to expand services, prioritize customization, and offer a user-friendly booking system.

I designed a user-friendly platform that allowed pet owners to manage bookings, schedules, and communication seamlessly. Beyond pet sitting, the platform offered additional services like dog walking, grooming, and training. A geolocation-based search made it easy to find nearby sitters, while a rating system enhanced trust. Real-time updates kept pet owners informed.

This project demonstrates my ability to identify user needs and create user-centric solutions. It reflects my commitment to improving user experiences and filling gaps in the market.
